A lawyer writes the final text before SafeSells launches. Until then, this page shows the plain-language summary and what each section will cover.

In short

We collect only what we need to price your device and book your meetup: your first name, a phone number or email, and your booking details.

We don’t collect your address or your device’s serial number online, and we pay in cash, so we never need your bank details. We don’t sell your information. We look at photo ID at the meetup; we don’t copy or keep it. We keep your contact details for [number of] days. Questions go to [Privacy officer name], [Email]@safesells.ca.

What each section will cover

What we collect

Your first name, a mobile number or email, and your booking (spot, time, devices and their answers). Messages you send through the contact form. Not collected online: last name, home address, date of birth, bank details, serial number (IMEI) or photos of your device.
